Information Security Manual (ISM)
Australian Signals Directorate
Solution designs align to current ISM controls relevant to the workload classification, with explicit control mapping in evaluator-ready format.
Government
Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Power Platform and Microsoft Security delivered for Government with ISM, PSPF, Essential Eight and IRAP-aligned posture. RapidLogic™ delivery.
Why it matters
Government procurement officers evaluate Microsoft partners against verifiable Microsoft standing (current Solutions Partner designations, named Specialisations), procurement panel membership (BuyICT seller profile, named Standing Offer Notice), security posture (ISM alignment, Essential Eight, IRAP-assessed hosting context, DISP awareness), and the discipline of the delivery methodology.
A Microsoft-specialist supplier closes those evidence gaps in one engagement rather than across multiple vendor responses. Our delivery references Microsoft-named artefacts that procurement and audit teams recognise: Solution Blueprint, Business Process Catalog, Fit-to-Standard analysis, Fit-Gap analysis.
Our practice also operates a Microsoft training division. The team delivering implementation for your agency has trained Microsoft professionals on the same technology, so adoption and change management are integrated into delivery rather than bolted on as a separate workstream.
We do not deliver cloud-agnostic advisory. Every UHS Logic engagement is a Microsoft solution delivered by practitioners whose core competency is Microsoft technology.

Methodology
RapidLogic™ is the UHS Logic implementation methodology. It maps to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure engagements and to Microsoft Success by Design for Dynamics 365, with the named delivery artefacts Government evaluators expect to see in the engagement pack.
Business requirements, current-state process mapping, stakeholder alignment and Solution Blueprint workshops. Fit-to-Standard analysis identifies what Microsoft delivers out of the box. Fit-Gap analysis documents the difference and the design intent.
Core platform configuration, customisation against the Business Process Catalog, data migration, system integrations and user acceptance testing. Configuration is delivered against agreed design documentation, not generic templates.
Cutover planning, go-live support, end-user training and hypercare period. We do not close an engagement at go-live. Our team remains available through the transition period until the agency operates independently.
RapidLogic™ is the implementation methodology of UHS Logic. It is available across all Government engagements.
Security posture
Posture statements only. Certificate numbers, IRAP letter dates, DISP membership level and the Essential Eight self-assessment detail are provided in the trust pack on request, not on the public page.
Australian Signals Directorate
Solution designs align to current ISM controls relevant to the workload classification, with explicit control mapping in evaluator-ready format.
Australian Signals Directorate
Microsoft 365 configurations align to the Blueprint as the reference baseline, adapted to the agency's risk appetite and exception register.
Australian Signals Directorate
Internal security posture self-assessed at Maturity Level 2 as the conventional minimum for non-corporate Commonwealth entity contexts.
Department of Home Affairs
Delivery practitioners operate consistent with applicable PSPF Directions relevant to agency context, including foreign ownership control and influence considerations and technology asset stocktake obligations where relevant.
Australian Signals Directorate (IRAP) / Microsoft
Workloads are designed against Microsoft regions assessed under the Information Security Registered Assessor Program. Region selection reflects classification and sovereignty requirements.
Department of Defence
DISP-aware engagement posture for Defence-adjacent agencies. Where the agency requires a sponsor for clearance arrangements, this is confirmed in the engagement scoping.
Copilot governance
Copilot for Microsoft 365 deployment in Government context requires explicit governance design before broad rollout, not after. UHS Logic Copilot engagements include an approved-use-case framework, data boundary configuration, Purview information protection integration and Responsible AI alignment as standard inclusions.
Differentiators
We do not deliver Salesforce, SAP or AWS workloads. Every consultant carries Microsoft as their core competency. Evaluators receive a single accountable Microsoft supplier, not a generalist multi-vendor team.
RapidLogic™ delivery references Microsoft Solution Blueprint, Business Process Catalog, Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap analysis. Documentation is structured for procurement and audit review, not just internal delivery.
Our Microsoft training division shares practitioners with implementation. The team delivering a Copilot rollout has also trained Microsoft professionals on Copilot adoption, so change management is part of delivery rather than bolted on.
Engagements are led onshore. Where offshore capacity supports a programme it is disclosed upfront, with the engagement model and data-handling design clearly stated. We do not conceal an offshore mix.
Selected engagements
Anonymised examples of typical Microsoft engagements. Named case studies are available under NDA on request.
Whole-of-agency Microsoft 365 tenant uplift with Copilot for Microsoft 365 readiness assessment. Includes data boundary configuration, Purview information protection alignment and Essential Eight Maturity Level uplift.
Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation for a state department case management workflow. Delivered against RapidLogic™ with structured Discover, Configure and Deploy phases and a defined hypercare period.
Greenfield Azure landing zone build with hub-and-spoke topology, Microsoft Sentinel SIEM deployment, Defender for Cloud activation and Entra ID conditional access alignment to APRA CPS 234 expectations.
