Microsoft delivery built for the enterprise

UHS Logic delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Power Platform and Microsoft Security to financial services, mining and resources, telecommunications, retail and healthcare organisations. Our practice is Microsoft-exclusive: every consultant works on Microsoft technology as their core competency.

Why it matters

Why enterprise organisations choose a Microsoft-specialist partner

Enterprise procurement teams evaluate Microsoft partners against verifiable standing (Solutions Partner designations, named Specialisations), regulatory and security posture (ISO/IEC 27001, IRAP-assessed hosting context, Essential Eight maturity), and onshore delivery capacity.

UHS Logic is a Microsoft Solutions Partner. Our practitioners hold current Microsoft certifications verifiable on Microsoft Learn. Our delivery methodology aligns to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Success by Design. Our financial-services work includes explicit control mapping to APRA prudential standards.

For enterprise organisations the difference is concrete: a partner whose delivery framework, training practice and managed-services arm operate from the same Microsoft-specialist team materially reduces handover risk and accelerates time to operational value.

We do not deliver cloud-agnostic advisory. Every UHS Logic engagement is a Microsoft solution delivered by practitioners whose core competency is Microsoft technology.

Industries

Industry practice depth

Microsoft delivery framed to the regulatory environment, operational tempo and compliance evidence pack each industry actually needs from a partner.

Financial services

APRA-regulated organisations require Microsoft partners who can deliver under prudential information-security and operational-risk obligations, not generalist implementation methodology.

Our financial-services engagements align to the APRA Prudential Standard CPS 234 information security obligations for related parties and third parties, including the notification expectations on material incidents, and to CPS 230 Operational Risk Management for material service provider arrangements, exit planning and continuity of critical operations.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Sentinel, Defender for Cloud and Entra ID engagements include explicit control mapping for evaluators and auditors, rather than methodology-only documentation.

  • APRA CPS 234 information security mapping
  • APRA CPS 230 material service provider posture
  • Microsoft Sentinel SIEM and SOAR deployment
  • Entra ID conditional access and identity governance
  • Microsoft Purview information protection and data loss prevention
  • Australian Privacy Principles and Notifiable Data Breaches scheme alignment

Mining and resources

Mining and resources operators run distributed assets across remote sites that require operational technology and information technology convergence, sovereign data hosting and resilient connectivity.

Our work for mining and resources clients covers Azure Arc for distributed asset management, sovereign data hosting in Microsoft regions, hybrid connectivity for remote sites, and Dynamics 365 Field Service for asset maintenance.

Microsoft Sentinel and Defender for Cloud are used to extend security monitoring to remote and operational technology environments without forcing a rip-and-replace.

  • Azure Arc for distributed asset management
  • Operational technology and information technology convergence
  • Dynamics 365 Field Service for asset maintenance
  • Microsoft Sentinel coverage extension to remote sites
  • Hybrid connectivity to remote sites and offshore platforms
  • Sovereign data hosting in Microsoft Azure regions

Telecommunications

Telecommunications providers carry customer data at scale and operate the connectivity layer their own customers depend on, with regulatory and operational expectations to match.

Our telco engagements cover Microsoft Teams Phone and Operator Connect rollouts, large-scale Microsoft 365 modern workplace deployments, Dynamics 365 Customer Service for consumer divisions, and Sentinel-based threat protection across the carrier estate.

Customer-data handling under the Privacy Act 1988 is mapped explicitly into the solution design rather than left to a post-go-live compliance review.

  • Microsoft Teams Phone and Operator Connect
  • Large-scale Microsoft 365 modern workplace rollout
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service for consumer divisions
  • Microsoft Sentinel carrier-grade threat protection
  • Privacy Act 1988 customer data handling design

Retail

Retailers operate at customer-data scale with payment-card obligations and seasonal demand patterns that punish operational fragility.

Our retail work covers Dynamics 365 Commerce and Customer Service for unified omnichannel customer engagement, Microsoft Power BI for merchandising analytics, and Microsoft Purview for customer data governance.

Payment-card environments are designed against the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not specify a vendor PCI DSS version on our own platform without verifying the current attestation at engagement time.

  • Dynamics 365 Commerce and Customer Service
  • Microsoft Power BI merchandising analytics
  • Microsoft Purview customer data governance
  • PCI DSS scoping for Microsoft-stack payment environments
  • Seasonal-peak operational readiness planning

Healthcare

Healthcare providers carry clinical data with high sensitivity, regulatory exposure and operational obligations across acute, primary and aged-care settings.

Our healthcare engagements cover Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Dynamics 365 Customer Service for clinical case management, Microsoft 365 for clinician productivity, and Sentinel and Defender for clinical-data protection.

Information-governance design is explicit, including Microsoft Purview information protection and Notifiable Data Breaches scheme readiness.

  • Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service clinical case management
  • Microsoft Purview clinical data governance
  • Sentinel and Defender clinical-data protection

Methodology

RapidLogic™ aligned to Microsoft delivery frameworks

RapidLogic™ is the UHS Logic implementation methodology. It maps to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure and to Success by Design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with named artefacts evaluators expect to see referenced.

01

Discover

Business requirements, current-state process mapping, stakeholder alignment and solution design workshops. We define scope, data migration strategy and integration requirements before any configuration begins.

02

Configure

Core platform configuration, customisation, data migration, system integrations and user acceptance testing. Our practitioners configure Dynamics 365 against agreed design documents, not generic templates.

03

Deploy

Cutover planning, go-live support, end-user training and hypercare period. We do not close an engagement at go-live. Our team remains available through the transition period until the organisation operates independently.

RapidLogic™ is the implementation methodology of UHS Logic and is available across all enterprise engagements.

Governance and trust

Designed for third-party risk review

Enterprise procurement teams typically run a third-party risk management process before any statement of work is executed. UHS Logic structures its evidence pack to make that process fast and defensible.

Security posture is aligned to ISO/IEC 27001. Microsoft hosting context is documented including IRAP-assessed Azure region context where relevant. Essential Eight Maturity Model self-assessment is included. Insurance, continuity and exit planning are documented.

Evidence pack is available under NDA on request. We do not publish certificate numbers or report excerpts on the public website; that material is provided in a controlled trust pack.

Differentiators

Why UHS Logic wins enterprise engagements

Microsoft-exclusive practice

We do not deliver Salesforce, SAP or AWS workloads. Every consultant in the practice carries Microsoft as their core competency, not one platform among many.

Training plus implementation in one team

Our Microsoft training division shares practitioners with our implementation team. The team rolling out Copilot in your organisation also trains Microsoft professionals on the same technology.

Regulatory mapping built into delivery

APRA CPS 234 and CPS 230 obligations, Australian Privacy Principles and Notifiable Data Breaches scheme readiness are baked into the solution design and the documentation pack, not bolted on as a separate compliance workstream.

Onshore delivery footprint

Engagement delivery is led onshore. Where offshore capacity supports a programme it is disclosed upfront, with the engagement model and data-handling design clearly stated.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions: enterprise Microsoft delivery

Does UHS Logic deliver against APRA prudential standards?

Yes. Our financial-services engagements include explicit control mapping to APRA Prudential Standard CPS 234 (Information Security) information-security capability obligations for related parties and third parties, and to APRA Prudential Standard CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management) for material service provider arrangements, exit planning and continuity of critical operations.

What Microsoft solution areas does UHS Logic cover for enterprise?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central), Microsoft 365 (tenant architecture, Exchange Online, Teams Phone, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Viva), Azure (landing zones, infrastructure, security, AI Services, Arc, hybrid connectivity), Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), and Microsoft Security (Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, Purview).

What evidence pack does UHS Logic provide for third-party risk reviews?

We provide an enterprise trust pack covering our security and quality posture (ISO/IEC 27001 alignment, IRAP-assessed Microsoft hosting context, Essential Eight Maturity Model self-assessment), our delivery methodology (Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Success by Design references), our personnel capability and certifications, and our insurance and continuity arrangements. Evidence is available under NDA on request.

How does UHS Logic price enterprise engagements?

We deliver fixed-price discovery, milestone-based configure and build, and outcome-linked managed-services tiers with service credits where appropriate. We also support time-and-materials engagements with published rate cards. Pricing model is matched to the risk profile of the engagement rather than imposed from a sales template.

Can UHS Logic deliver both implementation and managed services for the same platform?

Yes. Implementation and managed services are delivered by the same Microsoft-specialist practice. The team that builds your Dynamics 365 or Sentinel environment can operate it under a managed-services arrangement once it is in production, removing the handover discontinuity common with separate build and run vendors.

What is the engagement intake path for enterprise procurement?

Enterprise procurement teams can engage UHS Logic via a dedicated request to our bid team at the contact page. We respond within one business day with a named account contact, an initial capability summary and a recommended discovery construct. We do not require an open RFP to start the conversation.
