What does a UHS Logic Microsoft 365 implementation actually cover?
Three engagement shapes: assess, migrate and adopt. Assess covers identity, productivity, security and endpoint posture and the prioritised delivery roadmap. Migrate is the build, configuration, migration and integration with verification gates per workload. Adopt is the measured change programme, co-delivered with our training practice when training is in scope.
Which Microsoft 365 workloads do you deliver?
Exchange Online (including hybrid coexistence and migration), SharePoint Online and OneDrive (modern intranet, file collaboration, migration from file servers and legacy SharePoint), Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, channels, Teams Voice with Operator Connect and Direct Routing), and Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, Autopilot zero-touch provisioning, app deployment and compliance). Defender, Purview and Microsoft Copilot are covered on the Microsoft Security and Microsoft Copilot pages respectively.
Can UHS Logic deliver Microsoft Teams Voice?
Yes. Teams Voice delivery includes Calling Plans, Operator Connect and Direct Routing, chosen against your telephony posture and number-portability constraints. Migration off legacy PBX (Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Nortel and similar) is a standard engagement shape. Call queues, auto-attendants and call routing design are part of delivery.
What does a tenant consolidation engagement look like?
Two or more M365 tenants merged into one after acquisition or restructure. Identity migration via Microsoft Entra, mailbox migration via Exchange cross-tenant tooling, SharePoint and OneDrive migration with content fidelity, and Teams reconciliation. Communications to affected users are part of the programme, not an afterthought.
How does your M365 delivery integrate with security?
Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Purview information protection are integrated with the M365 deployment from day one rather than retrofitted post-rollout. Where security is in primary scope, see the Microsoft Security page for the security-led delivery shape; M365 deployment is then designed against that security posture.
Does UHS Logic deliver Intune migration from SCCM or other endpoint tools?
Yes. Co-management or full migration from System Center Configuration Manager, Workspace ONE, Jamf or similar legacy endpoint management tooling onto Microsoft Intune. Engagement shapes include Autopilot pilot, application repackaging, compliance policy migration and the operating model handover to your endpoint team.
