1.1. UHS Logic respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.

If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

6.1. UHS Logic is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. 7. Access to your personal information

7.1. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you would like a copy of the information which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us in writing.

7.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

8. Data retention

8.1. UHS Logic retains personal information for only as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this Policy or as required by Australian law. Enquiry and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction. Resume and candidate records are retained for up to 36 months from your last engagement to allow us to match you to suitable roles, unless you request earlier deletion.

8.2. Where personal information is no longer required and is not subject to a legal obligation to retain, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.

9. Data breach notification

9.1. UHS Logic complies with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If we become aware of an eligible data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable.

9.2. Suspected data breaches can be reported to our Privacy Officer at privacy@uhslogic.com.au.

10. Complaints and Privacy Officer

10.1. If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@uhslogic.com.au or in writing to 59 Adderton Rd, Telopea NSW 2117, Australia. We take complaints seriously and will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

10.2. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.

11.1. We may modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time to review this Privacy Policy.

12.1.
