Why it matters

Posture on the page, proof in the trust pack

Procurement evaluators verifying a Microsoft partner ask the same question across Government and enterprise: which Microsoft credentials does the supplier hold, where can each be independently verified, and which controlled-disclosure detail is available on request. This page answers the first two on a public surface; controlled-disclosure detail (certificate numbers, IRAP letter dates, DISP membership level, ISO certificate scope, named practitioner cert lists) is provided in the trust pack to evaluators conducting a third-party risk assessment under NDA where applicable.

A public credential list with no verification path is marketing copy. A credential list with the Microsoft Partner Centre, BuyICT, Microsoft Learn and the relevant framework owner one click away is a procurement artefact.

Practitioner currency

How candidates and consultants stay current

Three operating commitments that keep Microsoft Learn certifications relevant to the delivery work, not just decorative on a CV.

01

Microsoft Learn enrolment

Every UHS Logic delivery practitioner is enrolled in Microsoft Learn against the technology areas they deliver. Microsoft Learn is the authoritative public credential surface following Microsoft's June 2023 transition away from Credly for new certification badges. Legacy Credly badges that have not been refreshed since the 2023 transition are flagged in candidate responses.

02

Designated specialisation tracks

Practitioners are tracked to specialisation areas (Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 modern workplace, Copilot adoption, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Security) and required to maintain the role-based certifications relevant to their track. Tracks are reviewed twice a year against current Microsoft credential offerings.

03

Designated assessor practitioner-led review

Recruitment and engagement assessment is led by practitioners from our delivery and training divisions, not generalist recruiters. They understand what genuine Microsoft delivery competency looks like at each Microsoft Learn level. Verification by a peer who can deliver the same workload, not a CV-keyword match.

Independent posture

Frameworks our delivery aligns to

Each framework names its owner and the posture UHS Logic asserts. Certificate numbers, assessor letter dates and membership levels live in the controlled trust pack on request, not on the public page.

Information Security Manual (ISM)

Australian Signals Directorate

Solution designs align to current ISM controls relevant to the workload classification. Control mapping documented in evaluator-ready format on a per-engagement basis.

ASD's Blueprint for Secure Cloud

Australian Signals Directorate

Microsoft 365 configurations align to the Blueprint as the reference baseline, adapted to the agency's risk appetite and exception register.

Essential Eight Maturity Model

Australian Signals Directorate

Internal security posture self-assessed at Maturity Level 2 as the conventional minimum for non-corporate Commonwealth entity contexts. The Essential Eight Microsoft Mapping page walks the strategy detail.

Defence Industry Security Program (DISP)

Department of Defence

DISP-aware engagement posture for Defence-adjacent agencies. Membership level and current status confirmed in the controlled trust pack on request.

Information Security Registered Assessor Program (IRAP)

Australian Signals Directorate / IRAP

IRAP-aligned design for engagements at the relevant classification. Assessor letter, classification scope and date confirmed in the controlled trust pack on request.

Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)

Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

Solution designs reflect APP obligations where personal information processing applies. Notifiable Data Breach posture incorporated into incident response planning.

How to verify

Verification surfaces, one click away

Every credential claim on this page resolves to a public verification path. No claim sits without a route to confirmation.

Microsoft Partner Centre

The authoritative source for our Solutions Partner status. Current designations, partner ID and contact information are visible to procurement evaluators and existing Microsoft partners.

View our Microsoft Partner Centre profile

BuyICT seller profile

The Commonwealth ICT procurement portal operated by the Digital Transformation Agency. Government procurement evaluators verify our seller status here as part of their standard pre-engagement review.

View our BuyICT seller profile

Microsoft Learn (individual practitioners)

Per-candidate certification verification surface. When you receive a UHS Logic candidate response (labour hire or consulting engagement) the Microsoft Learn profile link is provided per practitioner so the evaluator can verify in seconds.

Microsoft Learn

Controlled trust pack

Certificate numbers, IRAP assessor letter dates, DISP membership level, ISO 27001 status, named practitioner cert lists and any other detail not appropriate for a public page are provided in the controlled trust pack to procurement evaluators conducting a third-party risk assessment. Provided under non-disclosure where the engagement context requires it.

Why UHS Logic

Proof, not posture

Microsoft Solutions Partner programme

Microsoft retired the legacy Gold and Silver Partner programme in October 2022. The current Solutions Partner designations are the only Microsoft-issued credential UHS Logic refers to. We do not market against deprecated credential names.

Microsoft-specialist practice

We do not deliver Salesforce, SAP or AWS workloads. Every consultant carries Microsoft as their core competency. Practitioner currency is tracked against Microsoft Learn rather than industry-generic frameworks.

Controlled disclosure for trust signals

Procurement evaluators recognise the difference between marketing copy and the artefacts an audit requires. Certificate numbers, assessor letters and named practitioner cert lists live in the controlled trust pack, not on the public page. The page surfaces posture; the pack surfaces proof.

Verification-first credential surface

Every credential reference on this page resolves to a public verification path: Microsoft Partner Centre, BuyICT, Microsoft Learn, or the relevant framework owner (ASD, DTA, OAIC). No claim sits without a verification route.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions: certifications and credentials

Which Microsoft Solutions Partner designations does UHS Logic hold?

Three of the six designations currently in Microsoft's Solutions Partner programme: Modern Work, Data and AI (Azure), and Digital and App Innovation (Azure). Current status and any newly-attained designations are visible on the Microsoft Partner Centre profile linked above. We do not claim designations we do not hold and we do not refer to the deprecated Gold or Silver Partner programme.

How do we verify a UHS Logic candidate's Microsoft certifications?

Microsoft Learn is the authoritative public credential surface following Microsoft's June 2023 transition away from Credly. Every UHS Logic candidate response (labour hire or consulting) includes the candidate's Microsoft Learn profile URL so the evaluator can verify certifications in seconds. Legacy Credly badges that have not been refreshed since the 2023 transition are flagged in the response so the evaluator can see the staleness.

Are certificate numbers, IRAP letter dates and DISP membership detail published?

No. Certificate numbers, IRAP assessor letter dates, DISP membership level and ISO 27001 certificate detail are provided in the controlled trust pack on request to procurement evaluators conducting a third-party risk assessment, not on the public page. This is standard practice for Government suppliers and reflects ASD guidance on controlled disclosure of security artefacts.

How does UHS Logic ensure practitioner currency?

Every delivery practitioner is enrolled in Microsoft Learn against their designated specialisation track (Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 modern workplace, Copilot adoption, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Security). Tracks are reviewed twice a year against current Microsoft credential offerings. Recruitment assessment is practitioner-led, not CV-keyword led.

Is UHS Logic IRAP-assessed?

Engagement designs are IRAP-aligned where the agency operates at the relevant classification. The IRAP assessor letter date and classification scope, where applicable to the engagement, are provided in the controlled trust pack rather than on the public page. We coordinate directly with the agency's IRAP assessor at the design phase, not the build phase.

Where can I see UHS Logic's status as a Microsoft partner?

Microsoft Partner Centre is the authoritative source. The profile is linked in the How to verify section above. The Microsoft Partner Centre carries our current Solutions Partner designations, partner ID and the contact channel Microsoft uses to communicate with us as a registered partner.

What Microsoft Specialisations are available, and does UHS Logic hold any?

Microsoft offers Specialisations within several Solutions Partner designations covering deep technology areas (e.g. Adoption and Change Management, AI Platform on Microsoft Azure, Information Protection and Governance). Specialisation status, where held, is visible on the Microsoft Partner Centre profile alongside the parent designation. We do not list speculative or in-pursuit Specialisations in marketing copy.

Why no certificate numbers on this page?

Certificate numbers, when published on a public marketing page, carry a verification overhead that procurement teams do not actually use. Evaluators who need the detail prefer it in a controlled trust pack provided alongside the engagement response under NDA where appropriate. This pattern reflects ASD guidance on controlled disclosure and is standard practice across Government suppliers.

Request the controlled trust pack

Procurement evaluators conducting a third-party risk assessment can request the controlled trust pack with certificate numbers, IRAP assessor letter dates where applicable, DISP membership level where applicable, named practitioner cert lists, and any other detail not appropriate for a public page. Provided under NDA where the engagement context requires it.
